Job Description
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator oversees the club's digital presence and ensures cohesive, timely, and engaging communication across all platforms. This role is responsible for executing content strategy, updating the website, managing social channels, and supporting brand integrity.

Requirements

  • Develops and executes marketing tactics and strategy
  • Drives the content development and facilitates production of all membership-related materials
  • Manages Silver Creek Valley CC social media platforms
  • Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments
  • Monitor analytics for web and social channels; provide performance reports
  • Develops a communication plan that outlines all Club communications from emails to newsletters
  • Designs and executes a monthly Club newsletter that features content from each department
  • Update calendars, events, menus, hours of operation, event albums etc.
  • Coordinates, edits, and sends email communications on behalf of Club Departments, Boards, and Committees
  • Contributes to the overall success of the club and community
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager or Sales Director
