Marketing and Community Engagement Manager

The Marketing and Community Engagement Manager will serve as the Bank's primary internal marketing coordinator, connecting people, ideas, and opportunities while turning marketing strategy into meaningful action. This role will coordinate local marketing initiatives, social media, events, sponsorships, community partnerships, communications, and day-to-day marketing projects.

What You Will Do

The Marketing and Community Engagement Manager will coordinate marketing activities, events, sponsorships, and community initiatives across Bank branches. Manage marketing and social media calendars, including content creation, posting, and promotions. Partner with branch managers, community organizations, vendors, and the Bank's marketing agency on events and campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, community engagement, events, or related work.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media, content development, events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with marketing, social media, design, project-management, and website tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for events and promotional materials.
