Job Description
The Marketing Assistant is the engine of our department’s execution, responsible for the production, polished delivery, and distribution of marketing content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or another related discipline
  • High proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/Marketing automation system
  • Attention to Detail: A proven track record of delivering polished, accurate work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to move beyond task completion to independent problem-solving
  • Exceptional writing and professional communication skills for both internal and franchisee-facing interactions
