Role OverviewAs a Marketing Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced marketing and business development professionals, supporting pursuit teams that help secure some of the region's most impactful infrastructure, transportation, and community development projects. You'll gain exposure to proposal strategy, market research, client engagement, and marketing communications while developing skills that can lead to long-term career growth within a nationally recognized firm.
What You Will Do
Assist in the development, production, and delivery of compelling proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other pursuit materials. Collaborate with marketing and technical professionals to support strategic pursuit efforts across multiple markets and service lines.

Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have extensive computer software skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Teams)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop publishing applications (InDesign & Acrobat Pro)
- Familiarity working with CRM or database management systems
