Job Description
The Marketing Associate is responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase awareness of CPJ's brand. This position will be responsible for effective digital-first communication campaigns to increase the organization's engagement, reach and revenue. The Marketing Associate is responsible for increasing CPJ's general supporter base, helping to generate leads and help recruit new donors and advocates to meet fundraising targets and drive social change.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in execution of marketing campaigns and brand communications, including marketing campaigns for fundraising, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar qualifications/experience.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Strong experience implementing effective marketing projects to timelines and desired outcomes.
  • Exceptional project management skills and an ability to work across competing priorities to deliver a high volume of marketing campaigns.
