Role OverviewWe are looking for a self-driven, hardworking Marketing Associate who is ready to grow their marketing career in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership of their work, and jumping in wherever needed.
What You Will Do
Write, build, and schedule 30+ email campaigns and sequences in HubSpot each month, assist with additional email, text, and supplemental campaigns for other departments as needed, and provide ongoing marketing support to our 9 Area Vice Presidents.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred
- Basic understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Proficient in Canva
- Basic excel/spreadsheet skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with contact lists, email campaigns, reporting, and personalized communications.
