Role Overview

As a Marketing Communications Fellow, you'll contribute to impactful sustainability initiatives with the Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority. You'll work alongside the marketing and communications team, as well as cross-functional staff, to develop skills in marketing, communications, customer experience, and service planning. This is a fully in-person position with the expectation of on-site work 5 days a week.

What You Will Do

You will provide graphic design support, develop content for news articles and social media, update the digital media library, conduct customer experience assessments, and collaborate on sustainability-focused initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in transportation
  • Interest in marketing, communications (media relations, public relations, community affairs, graphic design, social media, website design, etc.)
  • Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis
  • Commitment to a fair workplace that honors the experiences, voices, viewpoints, and values of all individuals
  • Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the fellowship (SEI is unable to sponsor visas)
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
