Role OverviewThis position is responsible for creating and distributing all organic content and internal marketing collateral; managing social media channels; and publishing web page content and public relations / external communications for Caesars Virginia.
What You Will Do
Leads property social media content collection, generates content that builds meaningful connections between our brand and our guests, and uses social media tools such as Sprout Social, CapCut, and Canva.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to think quickly and communicate clearly in high-pressure situations
