Marketing & Communications Specialist

The primary function of this role will be to provide advanced support for the day-to-day marketing efforts, campaigns, and requests. This individual will design and produce complex marketing collateral, create relevant content, and maintain consistent messaging across the organization.

The responsibilities of this role include designing and producing marketing collateral, creating content, receiving and processing promotional orders, maintaining consistent messaging, and supporting local branches with marketing and communication tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
• At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in Canva, Smartsheet, and Outlook
• Self-starter with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with ample knowledge of grammar and sentence structure
• Creative, conversational writing style with the ability to infuse personality into all messaging
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of an organization and build relationships
• Ability to influence others with tact and diplomacy
• Experience managing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns
• Working knowledge of graphic design and content creation
• Positive attitude with a desire to go above and beyond expectations
• Strong initiative to solve problems and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
• Ability to have fun and enjoy the work that you are doing
