Job Description
Marketing Coordinator job description. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with impeccable follow through and exceptional communication skills to join our iconic Brentwood office. The Marketing Coordinator will provide sales associates with administrative, marketing, social media, general office, and computer assistance support.
Requirements
Develop and produce promotional materials
Provide advertising and other creative consultation support
Manage agent and property photos
Coordinate and support Virtual Tours
Organize proper channeling and completion of marketing forms and data
Coordinate training of sales associates
Create brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials, and other promotional pieces
Assist in online marketing campaigns and business development
Capture and analyze data trends and generate reports
Conduct orientation training and small group training sessions
Assist new agents in setting up their office and training on computer applications
Plan and publish daily content for social platforms
Create content and interact directly with agents/customers, marketing team and sales team
Maintain internet by updating company website and sales associate's personal websites/pages
Provide administrative, clerical and technical support to management and sales associates
