Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the Project Development team, responsible for growing the company's presence in the region through client development, marketing, and communication outreach. This role requires creativity, judgment, and discretion in developing and designing proposal content, marketing collateral, and presentations.

What You Will Do

Assist in responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), create marketing materials, update company-wide databases, work with senior technical staff to develop proposal materials, design promotional materials, and organize project and staff data.

Requirements

  • BA degree in marketing or related field of study
  • 4 years of marketing experience and/or a combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Suite
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and pay close attention to details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient research skills and verbal and written communication skills
