Role Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator at HDR, you will support pursuit teams in developing proposal and interview materials, monitor client and industry websites, and maintain accurate project and resume data. You will also support content marketing campaigns, implement social media campaigns, and develop engaging digital content. This role is part of the Water Business Group, which helps shape how communities manage water for generations to come. What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing persuasive proposal and interview materials, monitoring client and industry websites, maintaining accurate project and resume data, and supporting content marketing campaigns. You will also implement social media campaigns, develop engaging digital content, and support the development and implementation of client plans. Additionally, you will administer the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority and support the solicitation of formal client feedback.
