Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials, monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status, and maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems. The role will also involve supporting the development and implementation of client plans, content marketing campaigns, and social media campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to strengthen the company's brand, increase visibility, and showcase thought leaders.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development of proposal and presentation materials, monitoring client and industry websites, maintaining project and resume data, arranging for professional photography, and supporting the development of annual and long-term strategic plans. The role will also involve supporting the implementation of key growth initiatives and investments, as well as the solicitation of formal client feedback.
