Role OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in advancing PAE's mission to promote sustainable, high-performance design by securing high-caliber projects and clients. This position supports pursuit execution, relationship marketing, and data accuracy in collaboration with the Marketing Lead, Marketing Manager, and cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to PAE’s growth in strategic markets.
What You Will Do
Develop working relationships with Project Managers, technical staff, marketing teammates, and external partners in support of project pursuits and business development activities. Develop the ability to anticipate pursuit needs by reviewing RFQs/RFPs, pursuit briefs, and deadlines, and by interpreting input from Project Managers and technical teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a team player with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, and 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in an A/E/C or mission-driven environment. Exposure to or interest in sustainability, architecture, or engineering communications is a plus.
