Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials, monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status, and maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems. The role will also involve supporting the development and implementation of client plans, content marketing campaigns, and social media campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to strengthen the company's brand, increase visibility, and showcase thought leaders. The role will also involve supporting the development and publication of engaging digital content, implementing strategies to elevate the company's brand and technical talent, and maintaining inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences, and recruiting.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Coordinator will perform a variety of tasks, including supporting pursuit teams, monitoring client and industry websites, maintaining accurate project and resume data, arranging for professional photography, supporting the development of annual and long-term strategic plans, and implementing social media campaigns. The role will also involve supporting the development and publication of engaging digital content, implementing strategies to elevate the company's brand and technical talent, and maintaining inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences, and recruiting.
