Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Brand Manager, and departments across the resort, serving as the day-to-day operational hub of the marketing team. This role manages vendor coordination, website updates, marketing collateral, production logistics, and in-the-moment content gathering, while helping maintain the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the department's work.

What You Will Do

Content gathering, production logistics, website and mobile app content updates, editing and formatting marketing copy, proofreading, traffic creative assets, maintaining digital asset libraries, and coordinating production and installation of on-property signage.

The ideal candidate will have solid organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software are required. French as an asset.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software.
  • Familiarity with CMS (Content Management Systems) required.
