Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Department in handling all administrative tasks, including organizing events, handling inquiries, and touring prospects. The role requires a thorough knowledge of the property's product and services to effectively represent the property to referral sources and prospects. The Coordinator will also serve as a liaison for residents and family members new to the community, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of the property's product and services, giving community tours, handling inbound telephone, walk-in, and mail inquiries, qualifying prospects, converting qualified prospects to tours, and converting tours to deposits using the sales process. The Coordinator will also organize, plan, and manage all marketing events, staying within the approved budget.
