Job Description
The Marketing Data Coordinator role is critical to improving data integrity within our Salsify environment, which requires systematic auditing, validation, and structural improvements to support our growing ecommerce operations across 40,000+ SKUs.

Requirements

  • Write and maintain Salsify code for channel mapping configurations.
  • Build and optimize data transformations for multiple retailer syndication feeds.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve channel mapping errors and data validation issues.
  • Develop automated workflows to improve data processing efficiency.
  • Conduct systematic audits of product content across 40,000+ SKUs.
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness against retailer requirements.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the Salsify environment.
  • Implement structural improvements to enhance data quality at scale.
  • Partner with the Salsify Admin on platform optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with ecommerce team members on content strategy execution.
  • Support account managers with retailer-specific data requirements.
  • Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
