Role Overview

The Marketing Delivery Manager will support the development, deployment, and optimization of customer communications using Adobe Journey Builder and batch email campaign builds. This role sits within the Marketing Delivery team and is responsible for translating marketing strategies into high-quality, compliant, and timely outbound campaigns across channels.

Key responsibilities include building and deploying customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, executing end-to-end batch email campaign builds, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet business goals and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Journey Orchestration, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms
  • Experience building and deploying batch email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer data usage
  • High attention to detail with strong QA and testing discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
