Role OverviewProvides leadership in marketing and enrollment related activities, coordinates the enrollment process, and promotes the PACE Program to potential participants and community agencies.
What You Will Do
Obtains initial information relating to admissions, coordinates intake process, provides information and referrals to community agencies, and performs marketing functions of prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and follow-up.

Requires previous supervisory experience, education in marketing or a related field, and experience in health and human services, with a strong familiarity and knowledge of comparable programs in the primary and secondary market areas.
Requirements
- Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Experience: Successful, sustaining experience in a related field that involves marketing and sales may be considered. Two to three years experience in Health and Human Services in case management, benefits, administration, or social work in a health care environment.
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly.
