Job Description
This position provides leadership to events and marketing across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions, with a focus on Mosaic District(VA), Cabin John Village(MD) and specific Northeast places.

Requirements

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Events & Experience Marketing, Property Management, Development, Leasing and Brand & Culture teams
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site execution of events at Mosaic District, Cabin John Village and specific Northeast properties
  • Source prospective events and create engagement opportunities working with retail partners, community groups, cultural institutions, and other third parties
  • Identify and/or partner to expand existing relationships across multiple assets
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Culture team to develop and distribute communications, marketing materials, social media content, branding and public relations initiatives
  • Lead marketing efforts for Mosaic District, Cabin John Village and specific Northeast assets
  • Negotiate and execute event and partnership contracts, payments, collection of fees and insurance requirements
  • Maintain tracking and reporting of event and marketing metrics, production of debrief reports, and other administrative aspects of events and programming
