Job Description
The Event Coordinator role supports the planning and execution of industry events across our portfolio markets, delivering high-impact trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events that elevate our brand, support sales objectives, and strengthen relationships across the aviation community.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience coordinating events, trade shows, or experiential marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with vendors, exhibit houses, and event organizers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with aviation, B2B marketing, B2C, or technology-driven events is a plus
