Role OverviewThe Marketing & Events Project Coordinator will implement projects, programs, and operational activities that support the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center's marketing, communications, event, and stakeholder engagement objectives. This role will assist with project implementation, social media operations, event planning and logistics, communications support, and stakeholder engagement activities.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage marketing, communications, event, and stakeholder engagement projects/programs; coordinate operational activities associated with marketing initiatives, communications programs, meetings, seminars, and special events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training
- One (1) year of experience in coordinating projects and/or programs
- Experience with coordinating events or marketing/communications activities
- Proficiency in planning and executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Familiarity with managing organizational social media channels
- Basic graphic design experience
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and content management systems
