Job Description
Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We're seeking a Marketing Expert - AI Trainer to evaluate AI model performance on marketing problems, produce original problem sets, and provide clear feedback to improve AI training data quality.

Requirements

  • PhD in Marketing or Consumer Behavior, MBA in Marketing with 3+ years brand, digital, or strategy experience, or BA/BS in Marketing or Business with 5+ years applied marketing, analytics, or growth experience.
  • Working fluency in at least two of: consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, marketing analytics, pricing.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting funnels, attribution charts, and segmentation diagrams.
  • Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
