Role OverviewThe Marketing Intern- Community Marketing is responsible for creating promotional content, leading campus and group ambassadors, and maintaining social media channels to expand the market and influence within the student community groups.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include recruiting and coordinating student ambassadors, planning and executing on-campus events, creating and sharing engaging social media content, reviewing content, and maintaining relationships with student ambassadors and organizations.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in social media/community marketing, digital content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with Rednote and current social media trends.
- Experience creating and editing short-form videos, photos, or other digital content through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand and analyze data with proficiency at using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with group chat operation and management.
- Responsible, passionate to work efficiently.
- Ability to cooperate and communicate with other teams.
- Related work experience in e-commerce company is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with team members.
- Interest in Asian food, beauty, lifestyle products, and pop culture is a plus.
