Job Description
Medica is a nonprofit health plan with a mission to be there in the moments that matter most for our members and employees. We're looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support the Brand Marketing team at Medica, helping bring our brand to life through real-world activation, storytelling, and integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with social media platforms or content creation
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, analytics tools, project management software)
  • Previous internship, coursework, or campus leadership experience related to marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Interest in learning about marketing strategy, operations, and execution
