Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team and provide administrative support to our Marketing Communications Specialist. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy and content creation within a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Work with the Marketing Communications Specialist to develop successful marketing strategies
  • Conduct competitor research to support campaign planning and positioning
  • Schedule social media posts using approved content and established brand guidelines
  • Draft engaging captions that align with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Support community engagement by liking, commenting on, and following relevant accounts
  • Collect social media analytics and assist with compiling performance reports
  • Proofread marketing materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Assist with marketing events and conference coordination as needed
  • Manage list imports and exports to support campaigns and segmentation efforts
  • Assist with Canva template creation and updates for marketing materials
  • Refresh existing designs to reflect updated branding and visual standards
  • Create and update business cards and other simple marketing assets as needed
