Role OverviewJoin the Global Marketing Response Center (MRC) team to engage with new and prospective AWS customers. MRC is the customer engagement arm of the Marketing organization, responsible for learning from customers, understanding their needs, and educating them about the benefits of AWS and its services.
What You Will Do
Build an AWS leads database, respond to customers' inquiries, educate customers about AWS services, nurture leads with tailored messaging, and leverage AI to catalyze productivity.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
