Role Overview

Drive meaningful change as a Marketing Manager in the Beauty Care category. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY, and requires an onsite presence. You'll be part of a customer-focused, passionate, and growth-oriented team where you can achieve greatness and make a real impact.

What You Will Do

Identify customer opportunities and solutions, create business opportunities with differentiating customer value propositions, and develop marketing strategies for category/cross category aligned with account or regional commercial strategy.

You'll be a great fit if you have 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the Beauty Care and Body Care Category, and high emotional intelligence with experience managing key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • High emotional intelligence and experience with managing key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management, negotiations and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change oriented environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and interested in developing creative skills to manage visual programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva basics.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of Fragrance Industry experience in Marketing or internal relevant experience or marketing experience in adjacent industries (preferably FMCG, Flavors, Chemical/Ingredients) or in B2B Marketing with a strong know how of B2C Marketing in an international environment.
