The Marketing Manager will exceed customer expectations, develop and maintain the company's culture and reputation, and perform a variety of tasks related to marketing, community management, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Lead monthly marketing meetings
  • Develop and manage content/social media calendars
  • Photograph marketing assets
  • Assist in producing internal photo shoots
  • Manage logistics for external photoshoot/video requests
  • Work with Bunkhouse art team on project managing collateral needs
  • Organize and manage marketing and programming calendar
  • Work with Field Marketing team to ensure digital assets are up to date
  • Manage website updates
  • Submit email blast features for Bunkhouse newsletters
  • Create and send monthly property emails
  • Work in tandem with the sales team
  • Assist in PR needs
  • Get creative with event ideas and partnerships
