Job Description
The Marketing + Community Manager will exceed customer expectations in outward-facing marketing efforts for Hotel Magdalena, Summer on Music Lane, and Equipment Room, and develop and maintain the company's culture, values, and reputation.

Requirements

  • Lead monthly marketing meetings with hotel, restaurant, and bar team
  • Develop and manage a content/social media calendar for three accounts
  • Photograph occasional marketing assets for F+B specials, retail, events, and more
  • Manage logistics for external photoshoot/video requests
  • Work with Bunkhouse art team on project managing collateral needs
  • Organize, manage, and develop marketing and programming calendar for the full year
  • Work with Field Marketing team to ensure digital assets are up to date
  • Manage website updates
  • Submit email blast features for Bunkhouse newsletters
  • Create and send monthly property emails marketing the hotel and its outlets
  • Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure they have the collateral needed
  • Assist in PR needs, including press stays, coordinating room drops, gathering press quotes, and more
