Job Description
Care.com is seeking a Marketing Manager II for Lifecycle & CRM. This role focuses on owning the entire lifecycle strategy, developing and executing campaigns across various channels, and leveraging data insights to optimize journeys and enhance the user experience. The role requires collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Content teams to connect technical capabilities with business objectives. The position is hybrid, working Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, and retention marketing.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation software.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
