Job Description
The Marketing and Sales Manager is a team leader responsible for assisting the Property Manager in achieving revenue, occupancy, resident retention, marketing and leasing goals. The position involves analyzing sub-market trends, developing strategic marketing and advertising plans, and supervising lease up events and resident programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate or other related field
  • Experience in multifamily industry within a sales, leasing or management position
  • High degree of proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in social networking
  • Ability to read and write English fluently
  • Computer literacy
