Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will own and execute Freight Flex’s marketing efforts across digital channels, brand development, content creation, and demand generation. This is a highly execution-focused role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable building and running marketing programs independently.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support lead generation and revenue growth. Develop and maintain brand consistency across social media, website, and content channels. Manage organic and paid social media campaigns, with emphasis on LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and social media marketing (especially LinkedIn)
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, SaaS, or other B2B industries is a plus
