Marketing Manager

Circuit of The Americas is seeking a highly organized, creative and experienced Marketing Manager to help plan and execute marketing campaigns across COTA’s year-round sports, entertainment and attractions portfolio. This position will manage campaigns from initial concept through execution, working closely with COTA’s creative, digital, social media, communications, ticketing, partnerships and operations teams.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage campaign timelines, project briefs, deliverables, approvals and communication across internal departments and external partners, and monitor campaign performance, ticket sales, audience engagement and other key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations or a related field preferred.
• Four or more years of professional marketing experience.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, live events, hospitality, tourism or destination marketing is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, paid media and campaign analytics.
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies, vendors and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management, email marketing and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm when priorities change quickly.
