Job Description
Ascension is seeking a Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing initiatives focused on education. This role involves developing and implementing campaigns across multiple channels, utilizing data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The manager will focus on driving engagement, growth, and impacting the organization's marketing efforts, managing brand consistency and compelling content.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally in education, publishing, or ministry-related fields.
Proven copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to brand voice and tone.
Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and strategic marketing principles.
Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
