Role OverviewThe Marketing Operations & Digital Manager will own our email marketing platform and campaigns, website performance and optimization, marketing analytics, and lead tracking and reporting. This person will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to improve how we capture, track, and measure marketing activity.

Key responsibilities include email marketing & campaign execution, website management & optimization, marketing analytics & reporting, marketing operations, MQLs & attribution, and marketing technology & process.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, or a related role
- Strong experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing and optimizing websites and working with website analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Experience with CRM systems and the marketing data that flows through them
- Experience building marketing dashboards and reporting on leads, MQLs, campaigns, and pipeline
- Understanding of lead management, marketing attribution, and the Marketing-to-Sales funnel
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment where you will both develop processes and execute the work
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external agency partners
