Job Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. The role involves leveraging Hyatt’s CRM platform (Braze) to ensure the error-free and timely execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Translate business requirements to build and maintain audience logic for marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Design and implement multi-channel, multi-touch journeys in collaboration with Marketing and CRM teams.
  • Coordinate with template development and QA teams to ensure seamless, error-free execution of campaigns.
  • Set up and monitor A/B tests, testing subject lines, message content, send times, and channel mix. Interpret results and make recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign results to understand engagement and conversion performance. Develop dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
