Role OverviewThe Marketing Program Coordinator will support both the foundation's administrative operations and its outreach initiatives, including financial education programs and fundraising events. The role requires maintaining confidentiality with regard to non-public information about members, employees, and the Credit Union.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Program Coordinator will maintain and update the donor database, support donor management and solicitations, assist with grant writing, and develop and execute a comprehensive annual membership giving campaign. The role also involves managing email communications, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas/minutes for PFCU Foundation meetings.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in event planning and/or program coordination, ideally supporting community outreach and/or financial literacy initiatives, preferred
- Grant writing and fundraising solicitation experience preferred
