Job Description
Our client, a company located in Boston, MA, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing project development from inception to completion, coordinating client meetings, and tracking project issues and risks. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field and 6-8 years of relevant marketing and communications project management experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Communication, Marketing (or related field)
  • 6-8 years of relevant marketing and communications project management experience
  • Healthcare and/or agency experience
  • Proven track record in marketing project management with mastery of PM tools (i.e. airtable, asana)
  • Experience organizing and managing events
  • Strong collaboration and organization skills
  • Strong communicator (written + verbal)
  • Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management including establishing and management of processes
  • Effective multi-tasking skills with proven ability to support multiple projects for multiple stakeholders while effectively managing conflicting priorities
  • Highly motivated and self-starter
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to be flexible, agile, and quick to adapt
