Marketing Project Specialist

As a Marketing Project Specialist, you will own key marketing initiatives that strengthen Infinity by Marvin’s brand presence and community engagement. This role combines strategic planning with tactical execution across multiple channels and marketing programs.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage marketing projects and programs, manage social media accounts, own and manage paid social media campaigns, oversee influencer marketing initiatives, engage in community management, support partner marketing programs, and collaborate on creating and refining content.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management
• Proven ability to organize information, communicate effectively, and collaborate professionally within a team environment
• Solid understanding of marketing and business principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
• Experience working cross-functionally to complete projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience or familiarity with SproutSocial or similar tools for social media reporting
• Background in collaborating with external and/or internal creative services or agencies
• General familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar resources for content creation
