Role OverviewYou will be part of a collaborative marketing team that values shared ownership, clear communication, and flexibility as priorities shift. You will contribute to a range of marketing activities by following established processes and best practices.
What You Will Do
Support development of marketing content for Statement of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, interview presentations, and award submissions, following firm standards and brand guidelines. Communicate proactively and meet deadlines for the timely completion of project pursuits and proposals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Within the first 6–12 months, you will develop a strong understanding of the proposal lifecycle and Olsson’s pursuit process, independently support proposal coordination and production tasks, produce high-quality, brand-aligned marketing materials, and build effective working relationships with marketing, technical, and business development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Writing/Journalism, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or coursework considered)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to contribute to and thrive within a collaborative team environment
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign, along with a willingness to learn new software
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strengths in writing and editing
