Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, multi-hat Marketing Proposal Coordinator to serve as the creative and organizational engine behind our business development pursuits.

Requirements

  • Review RFPs/RFQs, extract key requirements, gather content from technical teams
  • Design/assemble highly polished, compliant digital and print proposals
  • Design brochures, project profiles, and marketing collateral in InDesign and Canva
  • Lead the ideation and execution of the firm's social media strategy and email campaigns
  • Manage the firm's conference calendar, coordinate travel, design booth graphics/leave-behinds, and organize client hospitality events
