Role OverviewWe're looking for a driven Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our team in one of our regional offices. This is a proposal-first role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and wants to own the full pursuit lifecycle—from kickoff through final submission.
What You Will Do
You'll be in InDesign daily and partnering closely with project teams, marketing leadership, and executives to position Holder as the builder of choice for complex, high-stakes projects. Key responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle of RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, and interview presentations, leading proposal production in Adobe InDesign, and driving pursuit strategy.
