Job Description
Nelson Mullins is seeking a Marketing Proposal Specialist to join their business development team. This role will manage all phases of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), high-impact client proposals, and support the firm’s proposal management software. The Specialist will be responsible for client-focused materials, proposal content maintenance, and project support. This position offers contribution to growth while collaborating with a variety of professionals.
Requirements
Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of professional experience
Prior experience managing or coordinating writing projects preferred
Prior law firm experience considered a plus
