Job Description
A Marketing Representative is required to deliver fast, friendly, and professional service while accurately entering customer information and maintaining data integrity.

Requirements

  • Adhere to and understand all Grand Victoria Casino and Marketing standards, policies and procedures.
  • Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) as well as the Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
  • Ability to comply with and maintain the Grand Victoria Casino’s Family Style Service.
  • Capability to answer a variety of questions regarding Grand Victoria Casino and services.
  • Efficiently enroll new members into the Caesars Rewards program.
  • Accurately input player information into the Casino Management System.
  • Correctly answer all questions related to direct mail programs and mail delivery, seeking out clarification from management, as needed.
  • Adheres to all Caesars Rewards policies and procedures as outlined in various program related manuals.
  • Responsible for the execution of all aspects of the Caesars Rewards program.
  • Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.
