Job Description
The Marketing Specialist Americas will support the growth and development of the Americas region by building, operating, and continuously improving a reliable and scalable demand generation engine. The role translates strategic priorities into structured execution across campaigns, systems, and processes, ensuring operational discipline, data-driven decision-making, and measurable performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in hands-on B2B marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles
  • Proven experience executing and optimizing campaigns across paid media, email, and marketing automation channels
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot preferred; similar platforms acceptable)
  • Experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into optimization actions
  • Fluent English required
  • Spanish desirable (preferred)
  • Experience supporting field marketing initiatives, events, and vendor coordination is a plus
