Role OverviewWe're seeking a Manager, Central and South America Marketing to lead and execute regional marketing programs that drive partner engagement and support sales growth across Latin America. This role serves as the key marketing partner for regional sales and channel teams, translating global strategies into locally relevant campaigns that resonate across diverse LATAM markets.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute regional marketing programs, develop and localize marketing assets, serve as the marketing point of contact for LATAM sales and partner teams, and manage logistics and support for regional and virtual marketing events.

Requirements
- Ability to travel to the Caribbean and Central & South America for marketing events
- 3+ years' experience in field, regional, or channel marketing
- Proven experience in event and webinar management, including logistics and promotion
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)
- Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus
- Experience in the hardware/software or SaaS industry is a plus
- Experience marketing within or to the Latin American region preferred

- Pay range between $65,000 and $70,000 depending on experience
