Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for division marketing functions, working with Corporate Marketing and various media channels to create community marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies. The role involves planning, staging, and maintaining community models.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with Corporate Marketing to direct the marketing of all active and upcoming communities, approve marketing materials, and prepare marketing reports analyzing campaign results. They will also maintain JDE files, order and arrange for installation of community signage, and manage new model home installation schedules.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent, two to three years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office and email. They will be able to travel overnight and communicate with various departments to improve products and company image.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Two to three years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
