Marketing Strategy Manager

The Marketing Strategy Manager will oversee online presence, manage social media direction, and plan and execute local campaigns to drive foot traffic and promote events. The role requires a strong understanding of engaging content, exceptional copywriting, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beer, craft beverages, and the social nature of communal imbibing.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing and coordinating brand campaigns, creating sales tools for distributors and retailers, coordinating launches for core beers and seasonals, and overseeing production of point-of-sale materials. The role also involves creating brand voice frameworks, supporting and planning off-site events, and leading brand campaigns across retail, wholesale, and owned channels.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
• Five years experience in marketing, particularly beverage and hospitality facing
• Understanding of engaging content including photos, video, editing
• Aptitude for exceptional copywriting
• Project management minded with strong organizational skills
• Desire to work in the food and beverage industry, with a strong knowledge of beer preferred
• Event Planning Experience: Experience in understanding and executing successful events is beneficial
